Who We Are
Commercial Property Cleaning (CPC) is an Australian-owned commercial cleaning company with over 30 years of national operations. We deliver cleaning services across government, industrial, education, corporate and carbon-sensitive environments — sectors where compliance, accountability and documented management systems are non-negotiable.
Our approach is compliance-first. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 provide the certified framework within which every contract operates. Carbon Neutral certification applies across our entire portfolio. A Modern Slavery Statement is published annually. These are not marketing credentials — they are operational systems that govern how the work is done.
From our Brisbane headquarters and four state offices, we coordinate cleaning programs across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia, including environments most cleaning providers have never operated in.
Our Story
How CPC grew into a national compliance provider
Founded in Queensland as a regional commercial cleaning operation.
Appointed to the QBuild Panel, beginning a continuous government relationship that remains our reference point for sector credibility.
Expanded to Sydney, Melbourne and Perth as government procurement frameworks matured and ISO compliance became enforceable.
Added Townsville office to support industrial and resources sector contracts across North Queensland and remote Australia. Achieved triple ISO certification across the full portfolio.
Published first Modern Slavery Statement under the Modern Slavery Act. Carbon Neutral certification achieved across Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
Five offices. National portfolio. 30+ years of management systems built under real compliance conditions, not assembled ahead of an audit.
How We Operate
Our model
Documented Systems
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified management systems — documented, audited and maintained across the full portfolio. When a client requests compliance evidence, it exists because the system operates, not because the request prompted assembly of documentation.
Vetted Workforce
Directly employed core staff combined with a vetted contractor network. All workforce members — employed or contracted — are screened, inducted and managed under the same credential and performance framework. The compliance obligation doesn't stop at direct employment.
National Reach
Five offices coordinating delivery across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia. Geographic scale is not aspirational — it is demonstrated through 30+ years of active portfolio management across all coverage types, including environments that require security clearances and remote logistics.

A message from Mark Snell
Thirty years ago, CPC was a small Queensland cleaning operation. Today we work across government panels, industrial sites, schools and corporate towers nationwide. What hasn't changed is why we do it.
A well-maintained workplace isn't just a facilities task. It reflects directly on the people who work in it and the organisations they represent. We take that seriously, and so does every person on our team.
Our team is the reason clients stay with us for years, often decades. We invest in training, credentials and professional development because the environments we work in demand it, and because the people doing the work deserve it.
Sustainability isn't an add-on for us. Carbon Neutral certification, genuine environmental programs, and supply chain accountability are built into how we operate. That commitment runs from our Brisbane head office through to remote sites in regional Queensland.
I'm proud of what the CPC team delivers every day. And I'm grateful to every client who has trusted us to represent their standards.
Procurement Confidence
Built to withstand formal evaluation.
CPC is designed for the scrutiny that regulated sector procurement applies. Every compliance credential is maintained continuously. Every management system is audited annually by a JAS-ANZ accredited certification body. Every piece of evidence a procurement team needs — ISO certificates, WHS documentation, Modern Slavery statement, environmental records — is available through the Due Diligence Hub without requiring a formal request.
Transparency is a compliance strength, not a commercial risk. Procurement teams evaluating CPC have access to the same documentation our certification bodies and government clients see. That is the standard we operate to.
