Why Our Team Loves Working Here

What makes CPC different

Real employment. Real entitlements.

Every CPC team member is directly employed — not placed through a labour hire agency. That means award wages, superannuation, WorkCover, leave entitlements and a team that knows your name. From day one, you are part of CPC.

Stable shifts. Predictable work.

Government and institutional contracts mean consistent, predictable rosters — not last-minute casual calls or weeks without work. CPC team members build their lives around shifts they can count on.

A team that reflects Australia.

58% female. 10% Indigenous. Team members who speak more than a dozen languages across five states. CPC is built on genuine inclusion. Everyone is welcome here, and we mean it.

Training that builds real skills.

CPC Academy is our in-house training program. From induction through to leadership, every module builds practical skills and real confidence. We invest in our people because the work demands it.

Your work gets noticed.

Monthly and quarterly awards, newsletter shoutouts and real cash rewards for team members who go above and beyond. At CPC, good work is recognised — every month, not just at annual reviews.

A real path forward.

Many of our supervisors and area managers started exactly where you are now. CPC promotes from within. Your next step is available from day one — if you want it.
