Area Supervisor in 3 years.
When Choden Choden joined CPC, she started exactly where many of our team members start: working on site as a cleaner. Through hard work, reliability and a willingness to learn, she progressed through every level of the business. Her progression followed CPC's structured internal development pathway, supported by on-the-job training and leadership opportunities.
Today, Choden oversees multiple sites as our Area Supervisor, working closely with teams to maintain the high standards our clients expect.

CPC Academy
We invest in your development.
CPC Academy is our in-house training and development program. From your first day on site through to leadership roles, there is a structured pathway to grow at your own pace. All training is practical, site-based and aligned to Certificate III in Cleaning Operations, ensuring our team builds capability that directly applies to the environments we service.
